There are two kinds of people who do not realize their goals: Those who lack the courage to start, and those who give up. Despite many difficulties, members of the Association PROI were brave enough in 2001 to take on one of the most urgent problems in modern society - drug abuse. Our aim at that time was to use our knowledge, experience, and strength to help anyone with drug problems. Hundreds of user who have participated in any one of our three program areas, and whose lives have been positively changed, can bear witness that we achieved our goal in 2007. Whether in the area of drug abuse prevention, drug addiction treatment, or prevention of HIV/AIDS and other blood borne infections, members of Association PROI have provided, and will continue to provide, high quality services to all their clients regardless of religion, nationality, or sexual or other orientation.

We are sure, dear reader, that you believe we all deserve a better future, with the fewest possible problems resulting from drug abuse. It gives us hope that we will meet again in 2008 on the path to our common aim - as few drugs as possible in B&H and as many healthy and happy young people as possible.
